SLMS Service Center, Galway
The HP SLMS business has Service Centres located in EMEA,
the Americas and Asia Pacific. The EMEA Service center
is located in Galway, Ireland. This group provides business
and
operations services to our SLMS customers and to our HP
Sales drivers.
The Galway Service Centre is divided into
two groups, as follows:
1. SLMS Business Support Centre
The Support Centre provides business support in a pre and
post sales environment to the HP sales drivers in EMEA. It
provides account program management to international enterprise
accounts to achieve high levels of customer satisfaction.
New business capability development and new vendor program
implementation are also led and developed by the Business
Support Centre organization.
2. SLMS Operations Centre
The Operations Centre takes care of all day to day operational
activities such as pricing, ordering, invoicing, crediting,
reporting etc for signed up customers. They also provide customer
registration and roll-out of new agreements for all EMEA customers.
